About the Event

The Inner Healing Incubator is a 6 week online Safe Space designed to give you the tools heeded to heal and overcome the barriers in your soul. In this course we will confront some of the major barriers that hinder our healing and keep us emotionally low and mentally drained. Not only will you confront issues through the weekly group sessions, but you will also recieve strategies, tips and tools to help you continue the work of healing and maintain your progress. 

In this course we will work through: 

- Rejection 

- Low Self Esteem 

- Forgiveness 

- How to release things and people 

- Abandonment Issues 

- Unresolved Traumas 

- and more..
